Affordable Housing Facility Ready to Open

The 38- unit, four-story affordable apartments nearing completion off  Undercliff Avenue at Vreeland Terrace are about to put on the market for qualified renters.

The building contains seven one-bedroom apartments, 19 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom dwellings.

Following state regulations, all apartments will be offered through legal advertisements by builder Fred Daibes.  Depending on income of the applicants, the apartments will rent as follows: one-bedroom, $378 to $900; two-bedroom, $443 to $1,073 and three-bedroom, $487 to $1,230.

The entrance to the building, facing Undercliff, is accessed through a small park at the corner of Undercliff and Vreeland.
