New mixed use buildings on Old River Road progresses

By Douglas E. Hall

With much of the brickwork in place, the five-story apartments over stores under construction by attorney-developer James Demetrakis, on the west side of Old River Road, takes shape.  Known as Infinity, the new development will consist of 100 apartments and 5,600 square feet of retail space.  Demetrakis built and operates the Waterford apartments in Edgewater and is involved in Hudson Lights, the massive mixed use development in Fort Lee near the George Washington Bridge.   (Photo by Lynne Grasz Hall)
